Bucket Elevators
A bucket elevator is a vertical transport system used to lift materials from lower levels to higher levels. Elevators are used for vertical transport in various capacities. They are commonly used in industries such as chemicals, food, grains, legumes, and other particle material handling systems.
The design and manufacturing of the elevator depend on the properties of the material being transported, and the outer body is made of metal. The part where the buckets are fixed can be either a belt or a chain. The motor speed and the dimensions of the carrier buckets are determined based on the system's specifications.
Production capacities range from 3 tons per hour to 100 tons per hour, depending on the requirements.
